Your tasks

• Customer Consultation and Support: Act as a trustworthy advisor and central point of contact for your customers. Ensure open communication and make sure that all customer wishes and requirements are understood and addressed.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage customer wishes and requirements efficiently. Ensure that the project team has clear objectives and that the project progression meets customer expectations.
• Solution Finding: Carefully analyze customer requirements and work closely with your team to develop innovative and viable solutions. Promote a creative and solution-oriented approach within the team.
• Project Controlling: Take control of technical and financial aspects of the project. Monitor progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and project success.
• Team Leadership: Lead your team through the entire project cycle. Foster collaboration and engagement to achieve project objectives from conception to go-live and beyond.

You will enjoy this job if

• Academic Background: You have a completed degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Project Management Experience: You have several years of professional experience in leading and managing CMS projects, ideally in the context of web and e-commerce platforms.
