Your Tasks

• Leading Projects: Planning, managing, and fully responsible – from small to complex.
• Mixing Methods: Classic, agile, hybrid – depending on the project.
• Coaching Clients: Tips and tricks in IT management and governance.
• Transforming IT: Managing projects for cloud and data center.
• Sharing Knowledge: Improving our project management skills together.
